Make sure you wear loose fitting dark clothing and flip flops to prevent the tan from rubbing off. It’s best not to put your bra back on as this will rub at the tan. The spray tan will wash out of most fabrics but can cling to white stitching.
The colour you’ll see is what’s known as the guide colour. This is so I can see where I’ve sprayed you so I don’t miss any areas. This colour will develop and go darker over an eight hour period, your tan will be lighter than this final colour.
If sleeping in the tan, it's best to place old sheets on your bed to prevent any staining from the guide colour.
Avoid any activity that would cause sweating like exercise, cleaning, etc., as your spray tan is developing during these eight hours.
After eight hours, take a shower. You’ll notice that the water turns brown very quickly. This is not your tan washing off but the guide colour. Towel yourself dry, patting not rubbing, and apply moisturiser.
After four / five days, make sure you exfoliate so the tan fades evenly.
